What is the program “Saving home”?

It is a co-funded program that provides motives to citizens to improve the energy efficiency of their home, saving money and energy by increasing its value.

Grants that will be granted to beneficiaries who will join the Plan are ranging between 50% and 75%, depending on the type of investment made.

The amount of the sponsorship that can be granted, may reach up to € 25.000 for each building, or € 20.000 for each building unit.

For each beneficiary and for each house represents only one application under this Call.

Mandatory Technical Criteria

A “INVESTMENT TYPE: INTEGRATED ENERGY UPGRADE

  1. It is Mandatory to achieve at least two of the three average U-values (U-Value), in categories of eligible expenditure (3), (4) and (5).
  2. Energy upgrading of houses, through large-scale renovation, to achieve energy efficiency class at least B in the Energy Performance Certificate (SMO) or saving more than 40% of the total building energy consumption.
  3. Version SMO before energy upgrade and techno-economic study.

B “TYPE INVESTMENT UPGRADE IN BUILDINGS WITH NEARLY ZERO ENERGY CONSUMPTION

  1. Energy upgrading of residential building with nearly zero energy and compliance with the criteria established in the relevant decree.
  2. Version SMO before energy upgrade and techno-economic study.

C “TYPE INVESTMENT INDIVIDUAL MEASURES IN PERMANENT HOUSES AND VULNERABLE CONSUMERS

  1. Apply one or more measures that correspond to the categories of eligible expenditure (1), (3), (4), (5), (8) or (9).
  2. Feasibility study.

Eligible Expenditure

  1. Feasibility Study where necessary. [1]
  2. Version SMO and recommendations.
  3. Thermal insulation of walls and elements of the structure (columns, beams and walls) constituting part of the shell, where the average rate U-walls do not exceed 0,72W / m2K.
  4. Insulation horizontal structural elements (floors in flats, cantilevered floors, roofs) and ceilings are part of the shell, except pilots over public buildings areas, where the average U-factor of these assets does not exceed 0,63 W / m2K.
  5. Replacement frames since the average rate of the U-frames does not exceed 3,23 W / m2K.
  6. Purchase and installation of liquid or gas fuel boiler high efficiency for space heating or domestic hot water (minimum useful efficiency at 100% of nominal useful output power: 92%).
  7. Purchase and installation of central air conditioning system aerothermal, geothermal or hydrothermal pump for heating and cooling high energy performance space (minimum equipment requirements: COP ≥ 4 and EER ≥ 3,7).
  8. Purchase and installation of solar water heater.
  9. Purchase and installation of central solar system for heating and / or cooling space.
  10. Purchase and install a biomass boiler for space heating
  11. Replacing light bulbs with more energy-efficient than existing lighting of the building.
  12. Purchase and installation of waste energy recovery system.
  13. Purchase and install a cogeneration system and high efficiency heat.
  14. Purchase and installation of smart meters.
  15. Buying and installing / replacing removable external shading.
  16. Buying and installing / replacing outer fixed shading.
  17. Replace autonomous conditioners split type units without ducts with high energy efficiency (minimum equipment requirements: Rated output power: up to 12KW, SCOP> 4,6 and SEER> 6,1).

The Vascon Solar Experts, runs all process for the project by submitting your application to the relevant Ministries with Energy Performance Certificates and the necessary documents-studies for approval.
