Integrated Building Energy Upgrades for achieving energy efficiency class at least B in the Energy Performance Certificate (SMO) or to save energy at least 40% compared to the total energy consumption of the building before the upgrade.

Queue
The order of priority in the evaluation of applications will be determined by the order of submission of proposals (direct assessment).
Application Date Right
Right application is any natural or legal person governed by private laws which are owner or tenant of building facilities for SMEs (SMEs) engaged in economic activity.
The most important of all the criteria:
- The plan does not cover actions undertaken before 1/1/2014.
- In any project before the date of application it is required not to complete all actions which are the physical object of the project prior to the date of approval.
- The proposal to record clearly the expected energy savings after the investment, kWh.
- The proposal falls under the categories of eligible project costs.
- The internal rate of return on investment (Internal rate of Return, IRR) to be positive.
- The net present value of investment (Net Present Value, NPV) is positive.
Eligible expenditure
The plan sets out 20 eligible costs, of which the Energy Controls and issue EPCs may be subsidized only if combined with one of the remaining 18 eligible costs.
The goal is to provide sponsorship as described below.
Types of Investment
First Investment Type
Mandatory technical criteria to be taken prior to the grant allocation:
- Achieve at least two of the three average U-values (U-value): 0,72W / m2K for thermal insulation of walls, etc.
0,63 W / m2K for thermal insulation of horizontal structural members
3,23 W / m2K for windows - Energy upgrading of the building, through large-scale renovation, to achieve energy efficiency class at least B in the Energy Performance Certificate (SMO) or saving more than 40% of the total building energy consumption.
- Version SMO before energy upgrade and Feasibility Study expected energy savings, etc.
- For buildings with a useful area of over 1000 square meters: Energy audit by energy auditors or existence of energy or environmental management that includes energy control system (by ISO 50001 or ISO 14000).
- The percentage of public financing will be 50% of the total approved budget proposal. The maximum amount of grant will be € 200,000.
B Investment Type
Υποχρεωτικά τεχνικά κριτήρια που πρέπει να προηγηθούν για τη παραχώρηση χορηγίας:
- Ενεγειακή Αναβάθμιση του Κτιρίου σε Κτίριο με Μηδέν Κατανάλωση Ενέργειας.
- Έκδοση ΠΕΑ πριν την ενεργειακή αναβάθμιση και Τεχνοοικονομική Μελέτη με την αναμενόμενη εξοικονόμηση ενέργειας, κλπ.
- Για κτίρια με ωφέλιμο εμβαδό πέραν των 1000 τετραγωνικών μέτρων: Ενεργειακός έλεγχος από ενεργειακό ελεγκτή ή ύπαρξη συστήματος ενεργειακής ή περιβαλλοντικής διαχείρισης που να περιλαμβάνει ενεργειακό έλεγχο (κατά ISO 50001 ή ISO 14000).
Το ποσοστό της δημόσιας χρηματοδότησης θα είναι 75% επί του συνολικού εγκεκριμένου προϋπολογισμού της πρότασης. Το μέγιστο ποσό χορηγίας θα είναι €200,000.

- The share of public funding is 75% of the total approved budget proposal. The maximum amount of grant will be € 200,000.

SMO before energy upgrade
Feasibility Study which demonstrates that after the investment energy class B in SMO will be achieved or energy saving at least 40% of overall energy consumption, etc.

A signed statement from the institution intends to finance the project based on the study submitted with the application and conditions of the project.
It applies only to buildings with a useful area of over 1000 square meters: copy exposure energy audit by energy auditors or proof of the existence of energy or environmental management system that includes energy audit (in ISO 50001 or ISO 14000). Provided that in such case a relevant copy exposure energy audit of energy auditor should be presented.
For the payment of Public Funding

The achieved energy savings verification report in accordance with international protocol IPMVP (International Performance Measurement Verification Protocol).
Maximum time for investment implementation:
The maximum time for completion of investment is 12 months
